Forecaster 121 Is Your Gateway To The Best Boston Offers

The condominiums at Forecaster 121 are the culmination of a nearly a decade’s long plan to rehabilitate the historic Forecaster of Boston Raincoat warehouse building and transform it into one of the anchor points of the Bulfinch Triangle, an historic neighborhood that is currently emerging as one of Boston’s premier residential neighborhoods.

As Boston’s Big Dig was finalized, the Bulfinch Triangle neighborhood emerged from underneath the old Route 93 overpass and Green Line raised rail platforms and quickly went from being one of Boston’s most overlooked neighborhoods to one of its most exciting and vibrant neighborhoods. Urban planners and urban dwellers alike soon saw that this small swath of land with its incredibly convenient and transit-oriented location was ideal for residential living.

The architecture of this historic neighborhood, named for Early American architect Charles Bulfinch who designed many of Boston’s most notable structures, features an interesting juxtaposition of yesterday’s charm and character with today’s cosmopolitan flair.

Forecaster 121 was designed to blend the neighborhood’s past and future in perfect synergy. The historic character of the existing six-story structure has been be preserved and four floors of brand new construction have been be added to the top of the building. The thoughtfully planned renovation will ultimately be comprised of ground floor retail and a parking garage with nine floors of condominium residences above.
